New Life Evangelistic Center,
St. Louis, MO was the site of our first project.
We rennovated three rooms on the 4th floor.
The painting was a parnership between Living His Word, St. Nicolaus, and Crosspoint churches.
This is the outer hall of the rennovated rooms.

Homeless / Abuse Shelters
& Nursing Home Outreaches
For a number of years, Jim has been writing articles on a regular basis that reflect how God has been working in his life and around him. Some of these can be seen here, in the “Spiritual Growth” section. (You can email Jim if you would like to receive these articles on a weekly basis.) Many of these articles were also compiled into the book Amazing Grace, which is regularly distributed to shelters and nursing homes visited.
Living His Word Ministries is presently partnering with a homeless shelter, a women’s shelter, and a food pantry to do facility repairs, serve meals, and distribute copies of Amazing Grace. Amazing Grace has also been distributed at a local nursing home, and Jim and his family have taken in dogs to visit and cheer lonely residents. As an Easter outreach, decorative egg ornaments were prepared and cards containing the legend of the Dogwood and the sacrifice Jesus made for us were distributed.
